We don’t use proprietary automation systems because we don’t believe in handcuffing our clients to a particular manufacturer. We use an open BAS solution that provides our customers with the flexibility to respond to changing needs.

For clients on a propriety system, we have solutions to integrate with some of those systems with minimal equipment changes. We can also integrate old systems with phase-able solutions to reduce energy costs, and we can often utilize rebates for upgrading antiquated or improperly commissioned systems.
